Protein Packed Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked elbow shaped macaroni
- 1 Laughing Cow cheese wedge in your favourite flavour (I use the Mozzarella and Sun Dried Tomato flavour!)
- 1 tablespoon of tuna salad (canned tuna, celery, and small amount of fat free mayo)
- 1 large egg, chopped
Combine all ingredients, making sure that the pasta is hot, in a bowl, mix, and enjoy.
Total calories: 380
Total protein: 20 - 25 grams
